Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed during high-demand periods may take a little longer — we'll keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 10–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
